Return & Refund Policy

At Botanica Aragba Yomilo, we take great pride in the quality and spiritual integrity of our products. Due to the sacred nature of our items—including our hand-crafted soaps, vacuum-sealed Cascarilla, and ritual oils—we maintain the following policy:

1. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or Opened Items: For spiritual and hygiene reasons, any item that has been used, opened, or had its original packaging (including vacuum seals) tampered with is strictly not returnable or refundable.

  • Perishable & Custom Goods: Items such as fresh herbs, custom-made Elekes, or personalized ritual kits cannot be returned.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or was damaged during transit, we are happy to make it right:

  • Exchanges: Defective items can be exchanged for the same product.

  • Reporting: Please contact us at sales@botanicastampa.com, call: (813) 324-9591, or visit our Brandon location within 7 days of receipt to report a defect.

  • Proof of Defect: We may request a photo of the damaged item and packaging to process your exchange.

3. Shipping for Returns

  • If an exchange is approved due to a defect, we will provide instructions for the return of the damaged item.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. How to Start a Request
